At Lunari, our goal is to deliver joy through every blind box — but we understand things don’t always go as planned. Please read our policy below before placing your order.
🚫 Returns
Due to the nature of our products and international fulfillment process, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. There are no returns on ANY blind boxes.
✅ Refunds & Replacements
We will issue a refund or send a replacement only if:

To request a refund or replacement:

Include your order number and clear photo/video evidence of the issue
After reviewing your claim, we’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
📦 Lost or Stuck Packages
If your tracking info hasn’t updated in 30+ days, please reach out — we’ll contact our shipping partners to investigate and may issue a replacement or refund.
🔄 Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be processing and cannot be changed.
